Come & be a local – Hotel VARA. We are in a leafy quarter of Truro, the UK’s most southerly city, which often makes the list of best places to live. We think that it makes it a great place to visit too.  Market traders rub shoulders with national retailers in and independent shops. We have The Royal Cornwall Museum, the Hall for Cornwall, & rising above it all, is the iconic architecture of the cathedral’s three spires.

The hotel has been under new ownership since June 2021, when we started to re-shape the hotel into an affordable boutique townhouse hotel for Truro, with the aim of doing simple things well, & all delivered by a friendly small team.

We serve freshly cooked Barrel & Stone artisan pizzas which are available to eat in or take away. If you’re staying with us and fancy a night in, eat in the bar or take it up to your room. Served 6 – 9pm. Why not pre -order?
